Frans Osinga is an Air Commodore in the Royal Netherlands Air Force, Professor of Military Sciences at the Netherlands Defence Acdemy and holds the Special Chair in War Studies at ISGA of Leiden University, which is sponsored by the KVBK.
Sabine Mengelberg is a Professor at the Netherlands Defence Academy. Aside from her academic career she has been a political advisor in several NATO exercises a d a Dutch representative to the Academic Board of the European Security and Defence College.
